FAQ

Your Child safety is our #1concern from every aspect in renting our inflatables. We understand the reasons for your questions and concerns and if there's any concerns that may not be listed please call us at 708-945-9747 we're happy to help!

How many people will your inflatable hold?

Manufacturer recommends maximum of 5-6 kids of equal size should bounce at the same time. 1 person slide down at a time unless there are two lanes then of course 1 per lane.

Do you charge for set-up and/or delivery?

All set-up, breakdowns and deliveries are free if it is within 15 miles radius of University Park, IL, but not inclusive to just 15 miles. Contact us for delivery concerns we are happy to assist.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we do require a non-refundable $50 deposit that will deduct from your booking total. A credit card is required for the deposit. Also, Deposit may vary based on the amount of equipment rental.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

You may cancel your reservation, however, the deposit and all funds paid toward booking is non-refundable.

* If you cancel the day of delivery and the truck is already loaded, your deposit and payment is non-refundable and you will have to rebook and pay new deposit if you want reschedule.
* If you cancel beyond 24 hours or more prior to your reservation, we will apply the deposit and funds paid towards new booking that will be good for one year from the cancellation date.



Weather- Related Cancellations
* Once the delivery truck leaves the warehouse, you are responsible for payment in full, NO EXCEPTIONS.

* Cancellations due to weather are determined the morning of your event before we deliver. If you decide to cancel due to poor weather conditions, the funds paid will be held as rain check good for any day for up to one year from cancellation date. Once the crew leaves the warehouse, full payment is required and no raincheck will be offered.

What is your policy if there is inclement weather?
Inflatables cannot be used if there are winds of 20 mph or more and heavy rain. You have the option to reschedule the day before the event. If the inflatable is delivered you are responsible for the full amount regardless of the weather.

-Rain-
If there is a 50% or greater chance for rain during the scheduled time of your event, you may cancel or reschedule your event between 5am – 7am the morning of the scheduled delivery. However, if the forecast is calling for scattered showers, we recommend you continue with your scheduled delivery. If the forecast is for continuous rain throughout the day, we recommend you cancel or reschedule your event.

-Wind-
Inflatables cannot be used in winds exceeding 20mph (15 mph for some items). If the forecast is for high winds, we will call to cancel/reschedule your rental.

-Temperature-
All inflatables can be used in a wide range of temperatures. If the temperature is expected to fall below 32 degrees, at any time during your event, we will call the morning of your event to cancel/reschedule your delivery. Keep in mind, any temperature above this, the children’s activity will keep them very warm, and we recommend you continue as scheduled. Deposits will not be rescheduled for temperature cancellations above 32 degrees.

Are your units clean?
All our inflatables and equipment are sanitized and cleaned for everyone’s safety by our staff. We want you to be comfortable in knowing that we are providing your family and guests with sanitized inflatables.

How much space do I need?
We need a minimum of 2′ of clearance on all sides of the inflatable. Please note we do not set up on dirt or gravel. Concrete set-up will require additional preparation and padding fee.

When/How do I pay?

  • All payments are due and expected at time of delivery. We will deduct your initial deposit from the total. We take exact cash, Visa, Master Card, or Discover, and checks. You may also pay via PayPal, Zelle, Apple Pay. You can pay by credit card over the phone.
  • Will the Inflatable harm my lawn?
    We cannot guarantee that the inflatable will not affect your lawn. In my personal experience many times with renting my grass is only flattened for a few days and back to normal. We do provide tarp for further damage to lawn and inflatables.
  • Can I have an inflatable at a park or forest preserve?
    You must contact the park/forest preserve, in advance, to let them know that you would like to have an inflatable present. Many parks/forest preserves require a permit so please check the requirement at least 10 days before booking. Additional fees maybe require for insurance and permit. Also, If a 110v outlet is not available, such as at a park, we can provide a power generator for an additional charge. Please call for more information we’re happy to assist.

Do We Have to keep the inflatable plugged in?

Yes unless there's high winds or storm. Please make sure all kids have exist the unit.

Are we responsible for the wear, tear or damages in anyway on the inflatable?

Our customers are not responsible for normal wear and tear that the inflatables may experience. During high traffic in rentals seams may develop wear and tear. We check our inflatables before and after, If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If damage occurs due to not following our Terms and Conditions or due to negligence (i.e. not turning off the water, blower in high winds, fire works) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which cost thousands of dollars. We don't want either of us to be in that situation, which is why why asked to signed safety policy acknowledging the rules and regulations.
